Keith Reznick, President of Creative Training Solutions, has conducted more than 1,500 workshops and presentations and trained more than 20,000 marketing, sales and sales support people how to:

• Be more effective communicators; and
• Build better business relationships – at all levels of the customer organization or chain of command – both on and off the show floor.

He was awarded the 2009 Trade Show Exhibitors Association’s President’s Award for the ongoing contribution he has made providing quality exhibitor and sales training programs to exhibitors and industry suppliers over the past twenty years.

Keith and his associates have developed two curricula – one for professional salespeople (both business-to-business and business-to-consumer) and the other for people staffing an exhibit at a trade show, customer event, medical convention or meeting.

Creative Training Solutions’ in-person and Web-based workshops / best practices discussions: 1) are respectful of participants’ knowledge and experience; 2) will be customized to be as client specific and relevant as possible; and 3) teach practical communication skills and strategies that enhance participants’ ability to consistently conduct conversations of mutual interest and value.
